The focus of the activity is the security management and contract design in corporate customer business Participation in deal teams or rounds of votes, advice on legal or systemic issues regarding the securities before contract creation Creation of collateral/security pool contracts based on Term-Sheets in coordination with the legal department Examination of incoming collateral documents Security release or Returns to outstanding engagements Leading the resulting correspondence in connection with collateral Use AI-based applications to support your work to make informed decisions based on results

Your experience in dealing with credit collateral is crucial to us. For example, your professional background can come from a bank, a notary, a law firm, a leasing or financing company. You have well-founded professional experience in dealing with credit collateral, collateral contracts or credit-related contract documents Ideally, you have already worked in a bank, a notary, a law firm, a leasing or financing company or a comparable environment. You have knowledge of common credit collateral such as basic mortgage rights, guarantees, collateral transfers or receivables, and you have the pleasure of carefully examining, drawing up and maintaining contracts and collateral documents You are a dedicated and open person and are looking forward to working in a team You work structured, independent and independent You are committed, reliable and professional English you do well in word and writing
