You are one of our in-house consultants (m/w/d) (especially for the SAP HCM modules PA, PY and PT) in the team and work closely with the diverse interfaces from specialist and developers - in direct contact & within agile structures Specifically, you derive adaptation needs from legal and operational innovations and implement the necessary adaptations using Customizings & Schemes and Rules in our SAP system You accompany the entire life cycle from idea finding to conception to testing, product implementation and 2nd level support As SAP Consultant HCM Payroll, you are in the team with experienced colleagues:inside you are also responsible for system-technical accounting and management You support the colleagues from the Compensation & Benefits / Payroll departments in case of problems in pay billing and time management Your task also includes the design and support of the interfaces to our financial and controlling systems Your creativity, your expertise and enthusiasm for new things are the basis for the redesign of processes and the user-friendly optimization of workflows

You already have experience in customizing in the SAP HCM modules PA, PY and PT or as a key user have been able to collect previous experiences Ideally you bring knowledge in schemes & rules You bring sound payroll knowledge of tax and social security law with You understand the need to meet complex requirements and generate technical solutions for this Strong analytical and conceptual skills characterize you - you like to work on your own initiative, detailed, structured and independent You have a strong team and communication skills You like new things, you like to learn. And above all, you have fun in logical relationships and intelligent business rules derived therefrom.
