Your responsibility As Head of Warehouse Operations, you take the overall responsibility for an operating storage area with approx. 100–200 employees in shift operation. You run several team and layer lines and secure a powerful KPI-controlled shopfloor organization.

Discipline and professional leadership of a large operational logistics area (e.g. inbound, storage, commissioning, outbound) Management and development of executives and operational teams (two-shift model) Shopfloor Management: daily performance control based on relevant KPIs (productivity, quality, SLA, cost, OTIF) Ensuring efficient, legally compliant and sustainable storage processes Continuous Process Optimization (Lean Management, 5S, CVP, Operational Excellence) Management and implementation of projects to improve efficiency and improve quality Close cooperation with Supply Chain, Transportation, HR, Finance and other interfaces Creation of analyses, reporting and business cases for the strategic development of Warehouse Operations Participation in budget planning and resource management

You are an experienced manager in the field of warehouse logistics / warehouse management with strong implementation strength and operational excellence.

Your qualifications: Complete studies with a focus on logistics, supply chain management, business management or comparable qualification (e.g. logistics master) At least 5 years of leadership experience in operational warehouse logistics (Warehouse Operations, Distribution Center, Fulfillment Center) Detectable responsibility for large teams with Direct and Indirect Reports Found experience in controlling complex inbound and outbound processes Very good knowledge of KPI control, performance management and shopfloor management Practical experience with Lean Management, 5S, CVP or comparable methods Secure handling of warehouse management systems (WMS), goods management systems, material flow control and MS Office and Power BI Very good German knowledge (C1) and good English knowledge (B2)
