In your role as Group Compliance Counsel, you are responsible for the Compliance Management System of the Vaillant Group as well as its continuous improvement and, in particular, ensure the local compliance of group functions and the German sales company in a sustainable manner You advise executives and departments on compliance issues and develop practical, legally secure solutions for complex issues Through the analysis of European and German legislative initiatives, you identify needs for action at an early stage and implement suitable measures You create compliance reports for the Group Compliance Team and local and international management Together with internal stakeholders and external partners, you will accompany topics such as antitrust law, corruption prevention, money laundering prevention or data protection and investigate notifications from clerks By designing and implementing target-group-specific compliance trainings, you strengthen the compliance culture and sensitivity of employees

Qualification: You have both German legal state examina, of which at least one has been completed with the “complete” note. Know-how: You bring several years of professional experience in compliance or in adjacent legal areas, ideally from a renowned firm or an internationally active company Know-how and skills: You have a well-founded knowledge of compliance systems, methodologies and standards and, in particular, several years of experience in antitrust issues and data protection requirements Language knowledge: You communicate in a safe manner in German and English and move safely in both languages in an international context Personality: You convince by their own initiative, enforcement strength and a high degree of integrity, act as a savings partner (m/w/d) for management and work with a strategic perspective
