As a nursing service, you assume the professional, organizational and economic responsibility for our outpatient care service. Among other things, you expect the following tasks: Leadership and Development Professional and disciplinary leadership of the care team Support, support and development of employees Implementation of employee talks and team meetings Support in recruiting and incorporating new employees Quality and organization Ensuring high-quality and individual care Further development of care and care processes Preparation and monitoring of medical services Implementation of legal requirements and internal quality standards Customer and family work Conducting consultations and care visas Contact person for customers and their relatives Ensuring demand-oriented supply planning Network work and further development Cooperation with doctors, therapists, authorities and cost-beneficiaries Support of participation plan procedures Participation in the further development of our outpatient care services and our SGB V services

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Approved further education for care services in accordance with statutory requirements At least 2 years of professional experience as a nurse within the last 8 years, ideally also in outpatient care and/or in integration assistance Leadership experience and strong organisational ability Communication strength as well as valuable leadership style In case of adjustment, an extended guide certificate must be present
