Self-support and implementation of procurement procedures by GWB, HOAI, UVgO, VOB and VgV above EU thresholds Consultation and support of the specialist departments in all procurement matters and in the establishment of the procurement and contract documents Verification of tender documents for conformity with the contract law, completeness and consistency Examination and evaluation of tenders up to the award decision, including communication with tenderers/applicants Participation in the optimization of the procurement processes and support of the e-supply platform Support of team management

Successfully completed studies (Diplom (FH) / Bachelor with many years of professional experience or Diploma (Univ.) / Master in the field of civil engineering, construction and engineering Infrastructure management or a comparable subject or an equivalent suitability acquired by professional experience Multiannual relevant professional experience in the supervision and implementation of award procedures Comprehensive knowledge in the field of HOAI, UVgO, VgV and in the application of the handbooks in road and bridge construction Safe handling of common office applications and ideally experience in handling iTWO or comparable tools Very good German language skills in word and writing (min. level C1 by GeR/CEFR) That would be desirable: IT affinity and openness and readiness to learn about new software applications Flexibility to take over new tasks Comprehensibility, negotiation skills, differentiated expressiveness and security in word and writing Your personal strengths include: Engaged, reliable, responsible, independent operation Happy work in the team High resilience, determination and readiness Safe, binding occurrence, negotiation skills and enforcement
