Head of Facility Management (m/f/d)

Leadership and management tasks: You conduct and manage the unit in a professional and personal way. Further development: You are responsible for the active control, the further development, the security currency and the operation of the used VBL real estate. Strategic objectives: You are responsible for implementing the long-term strategic objectives of the VBL for the self-used real estate, as well as optimised management and security. Reporting: You develop a meaningful reporting within the framework of the comprehensive controlling function including reporting. Property-specific tasks: You maintain the duties of the Industrial Protection Act, develop the risk assessment of the buildings, coordinate the plants and ensure their quality. Overarching tasks: You work with projects and carry out technical clarifications.

Education: You have completed relevant academic studies (for example in facility management, real estate management, architecture or industrial engineering) or equivalent knowledge and experience. Experience and knowledge: leadership experience in a management function in facility management as well as good industry knowledge and contacts. Expertise: You have a well-founded knowledge of the relevant legal regulations and good knowledge of the basic domestic construction and property regulations. IT: The IT standard applications as well as basic SAP knowledge are familiar to you. Personality: You convince with very high operational readiness, take responsibility and initiate optimization measures. Through your targeted and personal leadership style, you will create a trusted handling of your employees and develop the teams.
