The Stackmeisterei Neuwerk (TD232) ensures the operation and functioning of the infrastructure facilities of the island of Neuwerk through a wide range of tasks. The core tasks include dike defense/water protection, water and wastewater management, as well as ensuring the disposal and disposal including logistical services. In addition, the unit is responsible for the maintenance of the island infrastructure, technical facilities, municipal facilities and drainage systems and green facilities. As a central service provider on site, 'TD232' also takes over tasks for other Hamburg authorities and actively contributes to disaster protection. With an interdisciplinary team, the unit covers numerous structures, realizes construction and infrastructure projects and, together with other HPA locations, ensures the permanent operation of the island of Neuwerk.

The work preparation will be carried out from the demand determination via order clarification and measures to resources and logistics planning. Technical conditions You evaluate safely, develop suitable maintenance concepts and guide economic and technical solutions. With internal and external clients, you are tuning closely and ensuring a smooth running of all measures. The construction monitoring is carried out by keeping in mind the execution, quality, appointments and safety of work and documenting and taking off performances. Materials, equipment and services You acquire independent, evaluate offers, deliver awards and check invoices and warranties. Budgets and costs are kept in mind and tax measures economically and transparently. In trouble and emergency situations, you will promptly take appropriate measures to secure the operation and quickly resolve malfunctions.

You have a further education on the state-tested technician or a completed engineering studies, preferably in civil engineering or mechanical engineering. Ideally, you have professional experience in maintenance, construction or technical management. Funded knowledge in project management as well as in work preparation and construction You bring your maintenance processes or take them quickly. A good economic understanding supports you in budget planning, cost control and calculation. Knowledge of procurement, procurement and contract processing are advantageous and help you manage external services. A strong organisational and coordination capability allows you to structure processes and to safely compete with internal and external stakeholders. High self-responsibility and decision-making are yours, especially in trouble and emergency situations.
