Nr. TA/SH/2026 You are an organizational institution in the field of logistics and transport? Perfect! As a Transport Admin, you will arrange for smooth transportation in the daily business. You keep track of shipments, appointments and quality and are the central interface between drivers: inside, offices, warehouses and receivers. Support in the field of broadcast research and procurement Support for national parcel transport and monitoring of critical shipments Close coordination with drivers, branches and the envelope camp including tour monitoring appointment with recipients and booking of delivery time windows Examination of the transport completion and ensuring the correct feedback in the transport management system, including packaging management Quality control of transport processing and situation-oriented intervention in daily business

Completed commercial training in the field of forwarding & logistics services or comparable qualification Professional experience in a freight forwarding and knowledge of forwarding processes Experience in transport handling and telephone customer support Enforceability, team and service orientation and self-motivation Safe handling of MS Office applications (Excel and Outlook) as well as quick installation in transport management systems Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
