Tepper Aufzüge GmbH is the largest manufacturer of elevator systems in North Rhine-Westphalia with nationwide locations. In addition to the distribution, construction, production and assembly of various elevator systems, a customer service is available for the care of existing elevator systems around the clock. Tepper Aufzüge GmbH is a TK Elevator company.

As a project manager for special projects (m/w/d), you play a central role in the initiation, control and implementation of selected projects in the Customer Service Center of Tepper Aufzüge GmbH. Their focus is on the analysis of deviations, the definition of clear goals and the sustainable optimization of quality, efficiency and processes. In this position, you work closely with various departments and actively contribute to successfully anchoring new products, processes and improvement measures in the operational environment. Your duties Initiation and management of special projects in the field of Customer Service Center Identification of product quality improvement potentials, process processes and efficiency Analysis of deviations and implementation of structured causes analyses Development, coordination and implementation of appropriate measures together with the relevant departments Continuous review of the effectiveness of implemented measures Support and coordination in the introduction of new products and processes Occasionally take over the organisational project management in large orders

Successfully completed technical or commercial vocational training, ideally with further training to the farmer, specialist or technician Multiannual professional experience, preferably in the areas of project management, quality, logistics, CVP or process management Embossed analytical and conceptual skills as well as a high process and problem-solving orientation Very good communication and social skills as well as the ability to move safely in different teams and interfaces Self-employed, structured and result-oriented work Very good knowledge of German and fluent knowledge of English Safe handling of MS Office, ideal knowledge in Microsoft Navision High resilience, flexibility, team capacity and a strong level of social competence
