BCM Representative and GRC Expert (m/f/d)

You take over the role of the group-wide BCM representative (all genders) and develop and support the BCM framework You conduct the group-wide BCM board and control local BCM coordinators professionally You define methods and standards (BIA, risk parameters) You consolidate and evaluate the BIAs of the units in cooperation with the local BCM coordinators You plan, run through and prepare emergency exercises In case of event, you lead the Crisis Board and report to Management Board / CEO In the team you are responsible for the further development of the integrated GRC approach (ISMS, data protection, ITSMS, compliance and IKS) You translate regulatory requirements (GDPR, NIS2, AI-VO, KRITIS) into processes and controls You coordinate the implementation of risk analysis You plan and conduct internal audits and accompany external audits You build management reports and decision bases You advise disciplines and enable them to implement GRC requirements

You have a degree in IT, business, law or a comparable qualification You could already acquire a multi-year professional experience in the GRC environment, ideally with BCM reference, You bring very good knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (BSI Standard 200-4, GDPR, NIS2, AI-VO, ISO 27001 and ISO 20000) with You have practical experience with risk, audit and management systems and ideally have relevant certifications (e.g. CISA, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor) Your strong analytical and conceptual skills help you with your daily tasks With your communication and moderation strength, you make decisions at management level A structured, independent and resilient way of working is of course for you Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (level C1) complete your profile
