Your tasks:**

• Building and maintaining long-term partnerships with solar engineers in your region
• No clink cleaning – but real, value-based sales at eye level
• Develop an understanding of industry challenges and offer targeted solutions
• Presentation of the benefits of Tepto – explaining, inspiring, digitally supported
• Work in a fully digitized and system-based sales process
• Working: Mainly from home office. Customer visits on site only in exceptional cases (e.g. for larger projects)

Your profile:**

• Passion for active sales
• High self-motivation and self-employment
• Ideally experience in the solar industry – alternative detectable sales success in other industries
• Residence in NRW, Bavaria, Rhineland-Palatinate or Hesse
• Openness for digital tools and modern sales processes
