EY-Parthenon Praktikant Financial Due Diligence (w/m/d)

As part of our Financial Due Diligence team at the Hamburg, Frankfurt/Main, Stuttgart, Munich, Berlin or Düsseldorf site, you will accompany transactions at the highest level - and deliver the analyses on which strategic decisions are based. You develop sound assessments and open our client:inside new options for action. You can do a variety of tasks: Participation in demanding transaction projects such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A) or refinancing by financial investors:inside (private equity) and internationally active corporations Processing of different task packages within a transaction project such as data evaluation and preparation for strategic decision bases and recommendations Financial due diligence and analysis of the opportunities and risks of transactions (including analysis of annual accounts, planning bills, etc.)

This position shall be taken from September 2025.

Studies of economics at least in the 4th semester with appropriate specializations and strong interest in developments and trends in corporate finance and accounting First relevant practical experiences as well as safe handling of MS Office Very good communication and presentation skills in German and English (min.
