Businessmen for hotel management keep the threads together in the background, they control the various areas of the hotel business under economic aspects. In order to fulfill the demanding and diverse tasks, in-depth merchants for hotel management first pass through all areas of a hotel: they recognise the acceptance and storage of goods, they work in the kitchen as well as in the service. For this purpose they are trained in the economic service, at the reception and in the reservation. After this basis, the commercial content will follow, such as the planning of channel and repentance management, the development of marketing measures and the costing of events. Other important training contents are the human resources, goods management and purchasing and, of course, the commercial management and control. The duration of training is three years
