Local Quality Specialist (m/w/d)

You are a quality and safety expert? Then you're right! As a Local Quality Specialist (m/w/d) you actively shape our quality standards, ensure safe workflows and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. As a Local Quality Specialist (m/w/d), you are the central contact person for all issues relating to quality, safety, health and the environment (QSHE) in our company. They contribute significantly to creating a safe, healthy and environmentally conscious working environment and continuously improving the quality of our products and services.

Quality management: care and further development of the QM system (ISO 9001, ISO 14001), creation and optimization of documents and key figures systems. Deviations: notification of irregularities and coordination of measures in the event of a process failure. Complaints: Analysis of damage and complaints in cooperation with internal and external partners. Industrial safety & environmental protection: implementation of regulations, risk assessments and coordination of training measures. Audits: Pre- and post-processing and monitoring of internal and external audits. Training management: build and maintain a training system according to location requirements.

Completed commercial or technical training with a specialist training. Multiannual experience in quality management and/or working safety environment, ideally in the automotive industry. Knowledge of relevant standards and standards, in particular in the logistic field. Safety in handling control and audit situations as well as pronounced analytical skills. Communication strength in German (word and writing); English knowledge of advantage. Structured, solution-oriented mode of operation combined with enforcing ability and hands-on mentality.
