Director of Human Resources (m/w/d) in full time, unlimited, from now on (reference number 1494-1) We are about 1,400 employees from more than 50 nations and with the opera, ballet and acting divisions the largest three-species theatre in Europe. With about 1,000 performances per year we reach around 500,000 spectators. Strategic and operational responsibility for HR (approx. 20 employees) Strategic and cultural orientation as well as further development of the entire HR team and HR processes along the Employee Life Cycle Impetus and consistent implementation of strategic digitization projects in the field of human resources management that focus on customer benefits Support for the further development of an inclusive and resilience demanding corporate culture Close cooperation with management, departments, staff council in personal and strategic issues HR Controlling: Analysis of HR Keys, Budget Responsibility, Cost Management Participation in recurring topics such as business reports, preparation for decisions of management, service agreements, etc.

Complete master's degree (e.g. human resources management, business management, psychology, law) or comparable qualification Multiannual relevant management experience in HR (ideally at least 5 years, 3 years of leadership) Knowledge and decision-making competence in all modern and digitized HR processes Personal strengths: willingness to design & courage to take responsibility Innovation joy & implementation sensitivity Enthusiasm for involving HR work Reliability & integrity Strength of decision & enforcement with diplomatic sense Systemic thinking with pragmatism High self-organization and resilience
