Coordinator for digital examinations (m/f/d)

Coordination and further development of the digital audit management Administration and support of the UCAN-own item management system (IMS) including item and exam management in close cooperation and regular exchange with the UCAN team Technical and organizational first-level support for computer-based exams as well as support for various digital exam formats Creation, organisation and evaluation of scanner-readable test sheets in close cooperation with the teachers Administration and technical support of the tablet pool and other digital infrastructure for testing Creation of test statistical analyses Advice and support for teachers in the application of the UCAN tools and bundling as well as evaluation of feedback from teachers to the UCAN team, with the aim of further developing the UCAN tools Conception, organisation and implementation of training and information events Coordination and communication with various interfaces within the faculty, the university clinic, the university and with external partners Active participation and further development of digital audit formats and quality-proof processes in auditing

Complete university studies, preferably with technical or IT-related background Funded experience in project management and coordination of complex processes and different stakeholders Embossed organisational skills and a structured and independent way of working Experience in dealing with digital systems and technical infrastructures, ideally in university or examination management Safe handling of EDV and common MS Office programs High loadability, flexibility and readiness to use in work-intensive project phases Communication and coordination strength for successful cooperation with different project partners and interfaces Teamability and joy in active co-design and further development of digital processes
