To support our team, we are looking for an educator (m/w/d) in part time with 36h by April 2027. Individual development support: You support and promote children in their individual development and support their social behaviour. Observation: You observe the development steps of the children attentively and document them carefully. Qualitative concept implementation: You are based on the pedagogical concept of our kita, are actively involved in the implementation process and ensure qualitative further development. Confidential parental work: You create a trusted educational partnership with parents and are in regular exchange. Creative project design: You are planning, implementing and reflecting educational projects, festivals and offers always in orientation to the educational guidelines of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg.

You have completed training as a state-recognized educator (m/w/d) and ideally bring professional experience. Flexibility, resilience and openness for innovations characterize your work.
