We develop new inspection technologies, automation solutions to control complex production and packaging lines for pharmaceutical products. As part of the team, you help to produce inspection machines for medicines with quality assurance. Competent processing of certificates for missions to EU countries Separation of special cases in service travel with regard to different regulations in EU countries Support of HR Business Partners in Operational Day Business and Administrative Tasks Support for different payroll tasks (recasts in the accounting system, certificates, contact with health insurance companies and authorities Processing our time recording system Takeover of partial tasks in the onboarding process of new employees Participation in the recruitment and applicant management process Active cooperation on HR projects (including onboarding project, training concept, ...)

Continuous studies in the field of Business Administration, Business Psychology, Economics or a comparable degree programme Ideally first practical experience in Human Resources Safe handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel Structured and reliable operation and a high degree of self-initiative Embossed communication strength and service orientation Fun on teamwork and an understanding of confidential data Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
