Insurance salesman - contract expert (m/f/d)

You support transferring the processes of contract processing into the digital world and actively contribute your ideas. As an experienced employee (m/w/d) in the field of liability and/or property insurance, you know the processes in contract management very well and specifically employs your expertise. You develop innovative solutions for our digital insurance business model together with excellent customer and partner satisfaction. You’ll start rules, implement methods around customer service processes and continuously develop them. You continue to work independently and independently on customer requests to keep and develop your professional and process knowledge up to date. You enjoy active participation in overarching projects. There you act as a contact person and as a coordination interface between internal departments and external partners. You like to pass on your knowledge to new colleagues (m/w/d) and support them in difficult questions.

You have completed your studies or a comparable training to the insurance businessman (m/w/d) with additional qualification, e.g. as an insurance specialist (m/w/d) or business training. You have at least four years of experience in customer service for private and/or broker customers. Ideally, you have experience in project management and have already worked and/or created concepts in projects. It's fun to work with new technology, you can find yourself there quickly and communicate your knowledge to others. You are familiar with the use of artificial intelligence and use it in a targeted manner in compliance with the guidelines. You are through and through optimizer (m/w/d) and want to improve the processes. Needless ballast on your desk to replace with innovative solutions is an incentive for you. Independent, targeted work and excellent customer service are of course for you.
