Engineer Automotive (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

Exciting tasks

• Own-sponsored implementation of demanding construction and real estate projects, especially at the Leipzig site
• Responsibility for achieving project goals (costs, dates, quality, sustainability and functionality)
• Leadership of the project up to the boarding of all corporate services
• Integration of requirements and operating concepts of internal services such as facility management, corporate security incl. Fire Department, Business Administration, IT, Mobility etc.
• Professional leadership of internal and external project teams
• Interface management and representation of the developer role in the project for self-investment and investor projects
• Representation of the project within its own organization to interface partners, such as users:inside and internal specialist bodies as well as external planners:inside, project taxers and executive firms

Your qualifications:

Your profile

• Successfully completed studies in architecture, civil engineering, utility technology or equivalent engineering degree programme
• First professional experience in the described subject area desirable
• Detegratable experience with the regulations VOB and in the independent processing of the performance phases according to HOAI
• In-depth knowledge of building development models (own investment/remote investment) and practical experience in project reporting
• Understanding controlling and purchasing systems and processes
• Secure handling of SAP, MS Project and Microsoft Office
• Good knowledge of German and English
• Ready for business trips
