The building office of the Landeshauptstadt Wiesbaden is looking for Projektleiter/-in Dezentrale Energieanlagen und Strategische Energiemanagement (w/m/d) The building office of the Landeshauptstadt Wiesbaden is responsible for new construction projects and construction entertainment activities at a variety of urban properties – from schools and daycare centers to civil houses and sports facilities to cultural and leisure facilities. With around 145 colleagues, we actively shape the cityscape and take responsibility for sustainable, energy-efficient and future-proof buildings. The Energy Management team plays a key role in the implementation of the municipal energy and climate strategy and is particularly responsible for the development of renewable energies. The task is to implement annually high investments in photovoltaic systems in order to systematically expand the regenerative energy supply of buildings and sustainable heating.

Conducting complex, multi-disciplinary energy projects (photovoltaics, PVT systems, sector coupling, building automation), including overall responsibility for planning, procurement, implementation, quality and cost-effectiveness Taxes and coordination of all project participants, both internally and externally (planning offices, specialist companies, city-owned companies), as well as ensuring the efficient project processes Maintaining budget responsibility and controlling, including mid-flow monitoring and economic management of projects Develop and implement innovative energy concepts for municipal buildings and quarter solutions including economic and life cycle analyses Developing technical standards and strategic foundations in municipal energy management Accepting economic, accounting and organisational responsibility for two urban solar companies, including reporting to supervisory boards, and strategic consulting of departments and offices in energy and climate issues

Completed scientific university degree (min. Diplom-FH/Bachelor) qualified for the performance of the above-mentioned tasks, preferably in the fields of energy technology, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or industrial engineering Multiannual relevant professional experience in managing complex technical projects Knowledge of GEG, EEG, VOB, HOAI and relevant technical regulations Detegratable competence in cost-effectiveness calculations and strategic project management Ability to address-oriented communication to policy, administration and external partners Embossed conceptual and analytical strength Driving permission to run a car
