KI Portfolio Management: Together with the team of AI specialists and experts from digital engineering, data science, data engineering and process intelligence, you will create the successful scaling of AI at WAGO by developing the corporate AI portfolio along strategic priorities Identify and evaluate AI applications: Together with the departments, you analyze potentials, evaluate benefits, risks and feasibility and prioritize promising use cases Making available decisions: You create transparency about strategic fit, benefits, maturity and resource needs of AI initiatives and prepare decision bases for management and governance AI initiatives lead to success: You accompany projects from idea to validation and implementation to productive use and measurable business impact Create scaling and governance: You promote the reuse of successful solutions, lift synergies and develop processes for responsible and safe AI use Cross-functional work together: You connect business, corporate functions, corporate IT as well as experts from AI, data and process intelligence and drive AI transformation together

Successfully completed studies in business informatics, computer science or multiannual experience in portfolio, program or transformation management Detectable experience in the evaluation, prioritization and control of digital, cross-departmental transformation, data or AI initiatives - ideally in the SAP, Siemens Teamcenter, Microsoft Azure, Databricks, ServiceNow and Celonis environment Very good knowledge of German and English Extensive understanding of business processes and their optimization potentials through AI as well as the necessary data and system dependencies Safe appearance and moderation competence in cross-departmental coordination, experience in coordination of interdisciplinary teams and stakeholder management Ability to structure complex relationships, to evaluate and measurable business cases and value contributions in the AI context even under technological and economic uncertainty, and to prepare sound management decisions
