You conduct complex IT projects and programs independently including Budget management within our Group company and take over the project coordination, the creation and management of time planning and other project planning and project management instruments You recognize risks early and initiate appropriate countermeasures You carry out controlling and reporting in the form of management libraries Organisation, moderation and documentation of projects and workshops You control the Portfolio Management project and communicate with internal and external stakeholders You are also an important link in coordination with internal departments and external service companies

You have a degree in economics or a similar discipline In addition, you bring at least 3 years of professional experience with or in-depth experience in project management and management of complex IT projects, ideally in the field of business processes and process automation in the corporate environment Your expertise in project management (PRINCE2 of advantage) and Kanban (canban.university of advantage) is based Ideally, you are certified in PRINCE2 and Kanban or ready to purchase these certificates at short notice Practical experience in dealing with agile IT teams as well as MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint) You convince with your moderation capabilities and your skill in conflict solutions and conversation management Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
