Your main tasks

Heading and development of a team of Area Manager:inside shift management of operating teams, handling of problems and promotion of location performance Analysis of the shifts according to company specifications and implementation of measures to improve our operational excellence Close cooperation with other support teams, including HR, finance, occupational safety and security Design and implementation of initiatives at all locations to improve operational performance

A day in the lifeA typical working day

You take the layer line at one of our operating locations. In addition, Sie acts as the main interface between several different teams, including the financial, security and operational integration teams. This means that you immediately test the daily operations at its site and at the same time contribute to new innovation opportunities. A typical working day includes meetings with different business areas, in-depth investigations of performance and risk indicators for locations and forecasts for preparation for different demand volumes. You also offer mentoring and coaching to your team every day. As a manager, his team members support you in fully developing their management potential.

Basic qualifications

• Degree of study
• Leadership experience and experience in stakeholder management
• Advanced English and German knowledge in word and writing
• Relevant experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to justify business decisions
