Your post: You are the first contact person for our customers when it comes to questions about telematics infrastructure. You take telephone calls and try to identify, solve and give telephone assistance in first contact. Find out all the activities you carry out to help the customers in our ticket system. Inquiries that you can’t solve yourself will be forwarded to the 2nd level support for a deep analysis. That's what you bring: You have completed vocational training as a medical specialist, have a comparable qualification, or have already gained experience in customer contact by telephone. You have basic PC knowledge and experience with popular MS Office applications. You are ready to beat and charming in dealing with our customers. Your fun with people is reflected in your strong service and customer orientation. You bring knowledge of German for the communication with our customers.
