Your tasks with us:

• Development and implementation of a bott environmental, energy and sustainability management system
• Contact person and driving force at all levels of the company on the topics ESG Environment and Energy
• Responsibility for implementing sustainability strategies (CSRD, ESG)
• Integration of ESG requirements into the group of companies and practical implementation
• coordination and monitoring of key figures and target values
• Introduction and further development of the environmental and energy management system (ISO 50001, ISO 14001)
• Planning and implementation of internal audits and measures
• Building a central knowledge base for sustainability, energy and the environment

Take this with you:

• Engineering, Bachelor, Master's or Technicians with additional qualification in sustainability, energy or environmental management or comparable training
• At least five years of experience in the environmental management system (UMS) and in dealing with standards and regulations in the sustainability field
• Knowledge of sustainability, ISO 50001, ISO 14001 and auditor training (ISO 19011)
• Very good written and oral language skills in German and English, Hungarian language skills of advantage
• Secure handling of SAP, Microsoft 365 and MS Project
• readiness to travel to foreign companies
• Ability to combine results and actively integrate stakeholders
• persistence, leadership qualities, initiative, discipline and detailed orientation
