Advice & Support: You advise and support the management level and BCM managers in the implementation and development of the BCMS and ITSCMS. Risk identification & evaluation: You identify risks, evaluate existing structures of BCMS and ITSCMS and develop optimization and operationalization proposals. Frameworks & concepts: You develop individual frameworks and concepts. Business Impact Analysis & Emergency Plans: You accompany the Business Impact analysis and set up (IT) emergency plans in coordination with service providers. Exercises & Crisis Preparation: You design and perform exercises to prepare for emergency and crisis situations. Project acquisition & implementation: You are responsible for the acquisition and successful implementation of BCM and ITSCM projects and for the constant expansion of our service portfolio. Team Leadership & Collaborative Development: You carry out project teams and develop the content of employees in the context of BCM and ITSCM.

Completed studies: You have completed a degree in Economics (WiWi), Business Administration (BWL), Computer Science or a related area. Experience: You have at least five years of professional experience in BCM and ITSCM, ideally in a consultancy or leadership position in the financial sector. Expertise: You have deep knowledge of BCM and ITSCM methods and processes, as well as knowledge of typical system architectures in the field of financial services and the interdependencies between individual architecture components. Communication strength: You have very good language skills in German (C1 level) and English, and you will be sure to experience the different hierarchical levels of our customers. Analytical thinking: You are able to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
