Our CURA SeniorenCentrum stitches (in 21220 Seevetal) are located in the commuter catchment area for the Greater Hamburg, in the north of the municipality of Seevetal and in the immediate vicinity of the Lüneburger Heide. Here we take care of our 69 people in need of care in two living areas.

Your tasks:

• Preparation of meals: planning and preparation of balanced and varied foods that meet the special dietary needs of our residents: in the same way (e.g. diets, allergies, age-appropriate diet) - in cooperation with other departments
• Menu planning: preparation of weekly schedules taking into account seasonal and regional products as well as the individual wishes and preferences of residents:
• Ensuring hygiene: compliance with hygiene standards according to statutory requirements (HACCP) in the kitchen and storage areas
• Ordering and storing of goods: ordering and accepting foods, checking supplies for quality and freshness and proper storage of food
• Teamwork: Guidance and support of kitchen helpers and collaboration in a dedicated team to ensure high quality of food

Your profile:

• relevant professional experience, preferably in community use
• safe handling of the current MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• high social competence, personal commitment and reliability
• Ability to work hand in hand with all areas of the facility
