Internal Sales Employee (m/f/d)

Sales coordination: You take care of the pre- and post-processing of sales processes in SAP CRM (future SAP4HANA). An important part of your task is to support customer supporters by actively helping to prepare and refurbish individual offers. Here, you contribute to effectively driving sales activities. Data management: You are responsible for the careful data management and processing. Your tasks also include the creation of evaluations, analyses and sales figures. In doing so, you place special value on quality assurance to ensure meaningful results. Contract management: You take over contract management and other administrative sales tasks. Your conscientious way of working secures a smooth process and significantly contributes to customer satisfaction by solving concerns professionally and promptly. Digital customer support: You actively enter the online access for business customers in the 'Business Portal', pflegt and develop the portal. In addition, you bring your expertise to various projects to ensure the continuous improvement and optimization of our services. Interface Management: You act as a link between the customer service providers and the teams of the customer and billing service. Take the task of ensuring effective communication and ensure that all relevant information is exchanged transparently and efficiently between the parties mentioned.

Completion: You have a successfully completed commercial training and have ideally expanded your knowledge in the energy business environment. This basis helps you to start in the world of energy distribution. Professional experience: You have already gained relevant professional experience in energy distribution (even as an energy specialist) or in the sales service of products and services that are in need of explanation. You know how a back office works and have fun in bringing your knowledge. Knowledge: Ideally, you bring expertise to the energy markets, including an understanding of the energy and legal framework. If you don't have all the knowledge here, it's not a problem – you'll be supported by an experienced team and you'll have the opportunity to work in quickly and continuously expand your knowledge. IT Affinity: You are fit in handling MS Office, especially Excel, and have experience with SAP and CRM systems. These tools and their further development are not a foreign word for you.
