In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Full time (34 h/week)

You process technical complaints from our customers in the field of emblems and mechanical components and act as a central interface between customers, suppliers and internal specialist departments You analyze complainted components with regard to technical deviations, fault images and possible causes You coordinate and pursue complaint processes towards suppliers, including cause analysis, action tracking and evaluation of effectiveness You process quality deviations from the goods receipt check and agree necessary measures with purchasing, quality assurance and suppliers You document complaints structured, create evaluations and ensure a transparent follow-up of the processing status You support the derivation of sustainable corrective and preventive measures for continuous quality improvement

You have technical understanding, ideally in the field of mechanical components or technical products A technical or commercial technical training (e.g. industrial merchant, technical merchant, industrial mechanic, etc.) is advantageous Experience in complaint management, quality management or technical customer care is desirable You work analytically, structured and solution-oriented Communication strength, service orientation as well as a safe occurrence to customers and suppliers You have knowledge of German and very good English in a reliable manner
