Your duties

You learn how data from different systems are collected, evaluated and made usable for operational decisions. You analyze existing business and work processes and support them in a more digital and efficient way. You participate in the processing, testing and evaluation of data. You learn to link data sources with each other and create meaningful evaluations and reports. You support the identification of optimization potentials in our processes and develop suitable solutions together with the specialist areas. You work with various IT systems, databases and digital applications. You pay attention to data quality, data protection and the safe processing of information. You accompany projects around digitization, automation and the further development of our processes and system landscape.

You have successfully completed or completed the Fachoberschulreife, Fachhochschulreife or the Abitur. will acquire your degree until the start of your training. You are interested in IT, data, digital processes and economic relationships. Numbers, relationships and structured analysis of problems are fun for you. First experiences with Excel, databases, programming or other digital tools are welcome – but no requirement. You work carefully and have a good understanding of how information and processes are related. You are curious, ready to learn and want to find out how to improve processes using data and technology.
