Specialist Employer Branding & Personalmarketing (m/f/d)

Create an employer brand: You develop our employer branding strategy and strengthen the positioning of emeis as an attractive employer Control Campaigns: You design, plan and optimize target-group-specific personal marketing and recruiting campaigns via digital and classic channels Developing content: Create creative content for career, social media, recruiting platforms and other communication channels Supporting projects: You plan career fairs, university cooperations as well as other employer branding measures and work closely with recruiting, marketing and corporate communication Analysis of performance: You advertise relevant KPIs, analyse campaign success and initiate concrete optimization measures Detecting trends: You develop innovative ideas for recruiting new employees

Qualification: You have a degree in marketing, communication, human resources management, business management or a comparable qualification Professional experience: You have several years of experience in Employer Branding, Personal Marketing, Recruiting Marketing or a comparable area Marketing competence: You know digital marketing channels, social media and performance marketing and implement campaigns targetedly Analytical Thinking: You work data-based, interpret KPIs securely and derive optimization potentials Creativity & Communication: You develop targeted content, think conceptually and convince with a clear communication Working methods: You work independently, structured and organize projects reliably in cooperation with internal and external partners
