The Order Management Specialist(d/f/m) is responsible for the efficient processing of customer orders in compliance with the company guidelines. He also monitors the entire order process until delivery and solves any problems to improve on-time delivery (OTD). This position reports to the Customer Service Manager and is part of the EMEA Customer Service Team with location in Dreieich, Germany. The activity is done on site. . Edit customer orders according to the company guidelines and standard work instructions. Track orders until delivery, solve delivery problems and continuously work on improving the OTD (On Time Delivery) value. Participate in the daily Visual Daily Management meetings with the rest of the team to drive improvements in key key figures while pursuing continuous improvement and increasing customer satisfaction.

Flowing in English and German. Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle and CRM systems such as SFDC as well as with MS Office products, including Word, Excel and Outlook. Completion of the continuing school (or equivalent experience) with several years of relevant professional experience in a fast-paced order management role.
