Construction Manager/Foreman/Foreman Residential Renovation (m/f/d)

You are responsible for managing and coordinating renovation and new construction projects in Berlin. Make sure that quality, dates and costs are always at a glance. Your tasks include: • Control and monitoring of renovation projects • Coordination of construction processes at the construction site • Coordination with builders, planners, entrepreneurs and other project participants • Ensuring compliance with quality standards, dates and budgets • Control of progress and early detection of deviations • Documentation and tracking of relevant project processes • participation in the economic and technical management of the projects

You have a technical qualification and experience in the construction management. Ideally, you already know yourself in the area of renovation, housing construction or facade work. Take this with you: • Complete studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture or comparable engineering training • Alternatively, a master's letter or a comparable qualification • Professional experience in the building management or project management • Safe appearance and a structured and responsible way of working • Good organizational skills and enforcement • German language skills in word and writing Also advantageous are: • Experience in the renovation of existing objects • Knowledge of the coordination of several trades • Economic thinking and a good sense of practical solutions at the construction site
