As Senior Consultant (m/w/d) you can contact the Volks- und Raiffeisen-banken via phone with private and corporate customers – your focus is on funding programs and services and the general customer benefit. They process all funding, from checking lists and customer documents to submitting the commitment received to the bank. You will also take care of pre-financing enquiries, data management for your consultations and clarify questions with the funding institutes – as well as keep your consultations, initiatives, trainings, events or important changes in funding conditions by phone. We are building on you as the first point of contact for customer questions concerning the bank systems of the cooperative financial group (e.g. agree 21 and GENO-STAR) - also within the framework of system tests, department-wide projects and working groups are always at your disposal. Their active involvement in (online) training and administrative group tasks completes your task.

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Multiannual professional practice as well as basic knowledge in funding and in business Experience in dealing with customers and familiar with the Comrade Financial Group Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken and/or the competitive environment Expertise in the application of MS Office, SAP and the banking systems of the cooperative financial group (e.g. agree21, GENO-STAR, FörderWeltPro) The optimal mix of own initiative, customer orientation and implementation strength, combined with communication skills and team spirit
