Responsibility: You take responsibility for the professional preparation and preparation of our dishes and ensure a consistently high quality of our gastronomic offers. Team coordination: You coordinate the daily routines in the catering of the Nettebad and control the operational use of the employees. In doing so, you will ensure an efficient distribution of tasks, smooth operation and close cooperation in the team. Guided tour in the day-to-day business: You act as a central contact person for the gastronomy team in operation, assists in the incorporation of new employees and ensures compliance with agreed quality and service standards. Quality & Hygiene: You ensure compliance with all statutory hygiene regulations (HACCP) and our quality and safety standards. Kitchen organization: You are responsible for organizing workflows in the kitchen, supporting the goods industry and ensuring economic use of resources. Creativity: You bring ideas to the further development of our food and gastronomy concept and actively participate in the design of an attractive and modern gastronomic offer. Events & Special Promotions: You support events, promotions and special gastronomic formats in the Nettebad.

Your qualification: You have successfully completed training as a chef (m/w/d) and ideally already have experience in coordinating teams or gastronomic operations. Your experience: Ideally, you already have experiences in the bathroom gastronomy, leisure gastronomy or comparable leisure facilities. This will help you find yourself in our gastronomic environment. This is what makes you think: you like to take responsibility, keep an overview even in labor-intensive situations and understand how to motivate employees and achieve good results together. Ideally, you know the requirements of a modern leisure or bath gastronomy and bring a high understanding of the needs of our guests. Your work: You work structured, independent and solution-oriented. For your safety: a work relationship in the leisure industry, payment by TVöD, 39 hours week, 30 days vacation, digital shift plan min. 14 days in advance, e.g. with framework service plans, shift exchange possible with one another, max. 5-8 shift days in a row, free at TZ i.d.R. every second weekend, occupational pension and grant for asset-effective benefits.
