As part of your activity, you will advise the departments on all procurement issues concerning the procurement of products and services of the product group direct and IT. In the case of award procedures, you prepare tenders on time and take into account the requirements of the award regulations. Together with the internal demand providers and the participating departments, you create award-law-compliant procurement documents and performance descriptions. During the entire award procedure, you conduct the award notice continuously and process bidding questions as well as queries about the procedures. Through your multiannual experience in the implementation of Europe-wide procurement procedures, ideally in the automotive environment, you have a deep understanding of complex procurement processes. Thanks to your advanced knowledge of procurement law and your well-founded knowledge of procurement processes, you ensure a legally secure implementation of procurement procedures. In dealing with Microsoft 365 you have strong user knowledge and use the applications safely and efficiently in everyday work.
