Payroll Employee (m/f/d)

You carry out on-time and proper pay bills for the employees of the Party Board, the national associations and other clients. You conduct the personal data, the personal files, the annual wage and working time accounts of the employees. You are the central contact person for all pay tax and social insurance issues as well as all pay issues. You tune the content-relevant accounts and participate in the quarterly and annual accounts of the Party Board. You conduct the correspondence with health insurance companies, financial offices, trade unions and other authorities and take over the reporting and certification system. You enter additional operational services (e.g. BAV, Jobticket and special benefits). For the annual personnel cost planning, you will be able to provide technical assistance and perform regular target-actual comparisons of personnel costs. You take special tasks and projects in the field of remuneration.

You have successfully completed a commercial training or have a comparable qualification. You already have several years of professional experience in the field of payroll accounting. Experience in occupational pensions is desirable. You have a well-founded knowledge of pay tax and social security law as well as knowledge of labour law. You are versed in the application of payroll accounting software and have ideally already experiences with Sage HR or Datev. Strong communication skills and a pronounced understanding of service are your own. A self-responsible, systematic and very careful way of working distinguishes you.
