Professional management and management of the wage and salary accounting team Ensuring all operational processes and performing a proper pay billing including permanent optimization of processes, interface communication and results Processing of tax and social insurance issues, implementation of annual accounts Technical advice and support for business, social security and pay tax audits Support of the department management of pay and reporting Takeover of escalation management

Completed commercial training and/or further training in the area of wage billing At least 5 years of experience in the area of wages and salary billing and customer management First management experience Understanding various wage accounting software Self-safe and motivating appearance, good communication skills and economic thinking
