You ideally have a degree in technical computer science, communications technology or a completed professional training You bring very good knowledge about VoIP and Unified Communication You have experience in implementing projects in the voice environment You are familiar with network and VoIP analysis tools You have experience in routing and switching Unix/Linux knowledge is desirable You convince by safe occurrence and always treat customer and service oriented You have communicative skills, social competence and team skills You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
