Your tasks with perspectives As part of an experienced SAP team with job management, SAP operation, SAP consulting & development as well as service & product management, you will take over the application support for finance and controlling in our internal SAP system, including active cooperation in the transformation in S/4 HANA. In the field of compliance and regulatorics, you are the responsible contact person and professional audit management for registered audits of our SAP application systems and annual IT audits, in cooperation with other specialist teams. As a central contact person, you are in charge of authorization management for the care of SAP users and roles of subsidiaries in the SAP systems. You make authorization risk analyses and take the professional care of the licenses. You control the cooperation with the internal auditing, auditing companies, subsidiaries and departments for finance and controlling in Atruvia. Together with the team, you develop concepts for documentation, application and process optimization.

Your personality with profile You have a degree in business management or (economic) informatics as well as many years of relevant professional experience or a comparable qualification as well as experience in the management of cross-disciplinary (partial) projects. You are versed in the SAP module Finance & Controlling. Ideally, you have already done the application service in S/4 HANA. In addition, you have experience in monitoring internal audits and external audits. You are well familiar with the permission management for SAP users and licenses. Your communicative strength in contact with external partners and internal colleagues and a pronounced hands-on mentality shape your way of working. You have knowledge of German (at least C1 level) and about good English (B2 level). A pronounced service orientation, enforcement power, rapid understanding and responsible thinking and acting round off your profile.
