Our qualification programme for cross-enterprises (m/w/d) for customer consulting concludes with the qualification Sparkassenkaufmann/-frau. Afterwards, as a customer advisor, you take responsibility for your own customer base in one of our consulting centers and set the foundation for your professional development.

Course of the qualification programme:

• You, together with other colleagues, complete a 12-month training programme that will prepare you for customer service, advice and sales of financial services
• During your qualification you are a permanent team member in one of our consulting centers (Würzburg Stadt or Land, Main Spessart or Kitzingen) and gain practical experience
• In numerous seminars and trainings you obtain the theoretical knowledge necessary for practice and final examination

There's something to do:

• You are actively advising, need-oriented and holistic our private customers
• With the help of standardized consulting processes, you will wake up customer needs that you either fill yourself or pass on accurately
• Customers are proactive, take service activities and provide long-term customer relationships
