(Senior) Consultant Individual Software Projects (m/f/d)

As a central interface between our project and developer teams as well as the customer, you accompany the realization of individual software applications from the first idea to the successful project conclusion You accept requirements, analyse processes, model data, first set of responsibilities, and develop professionally and technically high-quality software applications in close cooperation with customers and your team Together with sales, you develop convincing offer concepts and present solutions that inspire customers You actively shape agile projects, prioritise requirements and guide your Scrum team through the development process You are the link between the customer and the project team, and you support them

Successfully completed studies in (economic) computer science, economic engineering, mathematics, physics or a comparable qualification with a strong IT background Multiannual consulting expertise in the IT environment, ideally in individual software development Certified consulting expertise (e.g. IREB CPRE) and ideally experience with agile frameworks – such as Scrum Master, Product Owner High software affinity combined with well-founded methodological knowledge in process and request analysis as well as in the creation of specialist and DV concepts Strong and customer-focused, with enthusiasm for workshop moderation and convincing presentation of solution concepts Very good German knowledge in word and writing (at least C1 level) and good English knowledge
