You take over the (P&L) responsibility for the car house with about 30 employees The market and competition situation will keep you in mind and to secure market shares, you will follow a medium to long-term strategy to increase the potential of the house In cooperation with the Group's overall management and fleet management, you will check internal and external cooperation opportunities The satisfaction and skills of your employees promote you alike and thus continuously ensure low downtime rates They are responsible for compliance with all statutory regulations (work law, occupational safety, industrial regulations)

You can present a multiannual professional experience in the KFZ trade with the brands VW and Audi and have obtained the specific qualifications (sales manager) On a multi-year leadership experience e.g. as sales/sales manager or managing director You have well-founded commercial/business knowledge, with the usual key figures you are as familiar as with the current topics of automotive trade They understand themselves as a cooperative and at the same time goal-oriented leadership with pronounced analytical competence and integrity JOBV1_EN
