The processing and coordination of offer requests – especially in complex large-scale projects – is in your hands. You'll get forward business offers, compare and evaluate them. You clarify technical and commercial issues with internal specialist departments and external partners. You create and audit contract documents and conduct negotiations with contractors and suppliers. Our project teams are supported by you on topics such as billing, supplements and contract issues. The transfer of knowledge from the supply phase to our construction site teams is of course for you. You actively participate in the further development of purchasing and supply processes and support sustainable partnerships with entrepreneurs and suppliers.

You have completed your studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering or economics, and you will bring well-founded knowledge in civil engineering. First professional experience in a construction company – ideally in the supply, purchasing or project management – is advantageous. Ideally, you have already gained knowledge in contracting (VOB, BGB) as well as in dealing with performance directories. You are a real communication and negotiation talent and work quickly on new topics. You have a well-defined technical understanding and are sure to deal with MS Office. Your structured and team-oriented way of working distinguishes you. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
