As project manager:in turnkey construction (m/w/d), you are responsible for the planning and implementation of demanding construction projects taking into account the economic and technical objectives. You can control all activities from the start of execution planning, project realization and construction with final accounting and ensure an optimal overall result. Your tasks include in detail: Own-responsible implementation of demanding construction projects in turnkey construction Control of execution planning and planning coordination taking into account LEAN Construction Own-responsible project control and control (construction process and construction site result control) in particular with regard to cost, quality and time tracking as well as compliance with statutory, operational and safety-relevant regulations Negotiations with builders and entrepreneurs Instruction, coordination and management of construction site teams and subcontractors Coordination and technical support of the construction

Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, architecture or comparable qualifications Single, multiannual experience in a comparable task area (ideally in turnkey construction) Knowledge in MS-Office and in a billing and calculation program (RIB iTWO) Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Class B driving licence You communicate safely and legally with our clients and subcontractors You convince with skill and strong arguments in negotiations You feel comfortable in the team, always act responsibly and work independently and organized
