This role assumes responsibility for standard loading, quality assurance and personnel management and has the highest standards in safety and efficiency. Technical management and support of Purification & KA Loading in compliance with legal requirements and CLN standards Ensuring compliance with certification standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, EMAS, HACCP, FAMI-QS, BGM, Kosher and Halal certification) as well as cargo and hazardous goods transport regulations Ensuring the timely dispatch of quality-specific products with operational cooperation as required execution of loading activities such as SAP bookings, production of shipping documents, weighing, truck controls and acquisition of operationally relevant key figures Responsibility for work releases and verification of maintenance and maintenance work Professional leadership with responsibility for the qualification, training and performance dialogue of the employees Support in compliance with ESHA and process safety standards as well as the management of safety teams and the implementation of safety controls Promoting continuous improvement programmes in cost, energy, performance, quality, health and safety

Completed vocational training as a production specialist Chemistry, specialist in warehouse logistics or comparable qualification More than 5 years of professional experience in a logistics company or a production-oriented industry Competent German knowledge, further language skills Experience with IT systems: SAP and MS Office Proven experience in personnel management Knowledge and certification in the field of charge protection Valid forklift Embossed team skills and high security awareness Strong enforcement and motivation
