Are you inspiring for ecological and sustainable building? Then advise our customers: inside and certify the most sustainable concepts for existing and new building buildings. Become an expert (w/m/d) in the area of ESG/Green Building and pioneering buildings. Advising companies on ESG and sustainability strategies, SDGs and creating sustainability reports (e.g. GRI, DNK) ESG compliance and disclosure obligations (CSRD / EU Taxonomy-VO and SFDR) for real estate companies, banks and insurance companies Developing ESG strategies for ESG funds (SFDR Article 8/9), Green Bonds/Green Bonds, with benchmarking, KPIs and reporting EU taxonomy advice for economic activities of real estate, energy infrastructure and mobility Developing decarbonization strategies for European and international real estate markets Integration of green building aspects such as sustainability certifications (DGNB, BREEAM etc.) and LCC analyses Guide and manage projects and employees as well as customer acquisitions with market processing and network expansion

Studies in the field of finance, sustainability, real estate, environmental/ingenieur sciences or comparable training Funded knowledge of ESG consulting, reporting standards, sustainable financing and ideally green building certifications Motivation to think into future ESG and sustainability trends, funding issues and international legislation High strategic thinking capability and ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into pragmatic solutions Impressed communication and consulting skills as well as pleasure in customer contact and acquisition
