More my job – These are your tasks: Supporting the operation of security technology in our savings bank (video systems, alarm systems, fire protection systems, etc.). Control of the involved service providers Conception and project management for the installation of new systems Development of standards, and processes to secure a high level of security for the Sparkasse employees Responsible control of the control room and the service provider operating there Specialized communication and representation of savings banks interests to external authorities and service providers (e.g. construction authorities, police, TÜV) Full coordination of work protection (SIFA, ASA, processes, action tracking) Parent/conceptual support of the operator obligations in real estate management as well as ensuring compliance with legal requirements incl. Documentation and necessary instructions of employees Planning and monitoring of the budgets in the area of responsibility, including needs-based measures in the event of budget overruns.
